How to share a tree/ntuple?

Hi rooters,

I have a program which constantly fills an ntuple (on-line) and then I would 
like to read this ntuple (file) from a root session or/and another program at 
the same time. If I try TNtuple::Autosave(); it creates a lot of keys on the 
file but still root tells that the file was not closed properly. Is there any 
way (except TMapFile) to read tree/ntuple which is filled dynamically by another 
program/process?
