Hi Anton,
Zooming on 2-d histograms should be ok. May be you use an old version.
      PLEASE ALWAYS SPECIFY THE VERSION OF ROOT.

In case you use TTree::Draw to generate a scatter plot, an empty TH2F is
generated with on top a list of TPolyMarkers. If you zoom on the axis in
this
particular case, you will see dots outside the histogram range. This
problem
will be fixed.
