Hi Daniel,
Root version 2.22/10 under AIX has been compiled with
the native compiler xlC.
Somebody from SLAC (see Richard Dubois) succeeded in installing
Root with gcc or egcs under AIX.
As soon as we have terminated our coming release 2.23,
I intend to test the egcs makefile under aix.
I will use your proposed flags and I will let you know
the result of the exercise.
