ROOT 2.23 on Solaris with CC5

The version of Root2.23 distributed from our web site for Solaris2.6
has been build with CC version 4.
We had many requests in the past weeks to provide a version that can run
with the latest Sun compiler CC5.
We have now access to a machine with this new compiler and we hope
to be able to generate a version of Root for this compiler in the near
future.
We already made many changes to avoid warnings in the Root code itself.
However, we need to introduce changes in CINT to generate code
with "const char*" instead of "char*" in many places in the
dictionaries.

This new Solaris compiler is very strict (this is OK). Moving to this
new
compiler will also requires many changes in the users code.
