cvs repositry

Hi,

I tried to update from 2.23/04 to latest version(2.23/08). At time of
installing 2.23/04 I also co-ed the cvs-repositry. If I now do:

    cd $ROOTSYS/cvs/root
    cvs -z 9 update

There are now changes found. This looks like repositry isn't updated. Is
this true, or am I missing something?
