   Dear Rooters,
   When I use the rigth button of the mouse upon the x -axis of an histogram
and choose

    Properties/CenterTitle

   it works, but I get the following message from CINT :

Error: Incorrect referencing of kTRUE  FILE: LINE:0
*** Interpreter error recovered ***

   I use ROOT version 2.23/08 on Windows NT revision 4

   I also want to know why my windows do not look the same as in the FNAL
tutorial "Getting Started with ROOT". For instance, for the default canvas
c1 I have 4 menus :

  { File, Edit, View, Options }          but according to the tutorial, I
should have :
  { File, Edit, View, Options, Inspect, Classes}
