 Dear Dmitry,

 For the changes in the VMC interfaces (root/vmc)  and geant3, you can use cvs:
 cvs log root/vmc/inc/TVirtualMC.h | more  cvs log geant3/TGeant3/TGeant3.cxx | more  cvs log geant3/TGeant3/TGeant3TGeo.cxx | more  Most of the updates in the packages are reflected  on these files.

 For the changes in Geant4 VMC, besides CVS logs,  there is maintained also the history file describing  shortly the modifications with each tag:  http://root.cern.ch/root/vmc/geant4_vmc_versions.txt

 For Geant3 we maintain a table of the versions  with required versions of Root at:
 http://root.cern.ch/root/vmc/geant3+_vmc_versions.txt

 (Both files is linked from VMC web page, Download)
