Hi Ding,

Flugg was discontinued in AliRoot more than 1 year ago - it is still kept in the repository but can be compiled only with a quite old version of GEANT4. Instead, the new FLUKA interface is located in the folder AliRoot/TFluka, compilable with:
make all-TFluka
