Re: Inconsist in Makefile for Geant4 and ROOT functionality.

Have you changed more than only Makefile? My old installation script used a ./configure script to prepare installation. Now ./configure is missing and I am not sure how it was before. I am talking about Geant4_vmc-2.5.
