New version of fluka_vmc 0.3

The new version of the fluka_vmc package, updated for the new Fluka 2008 release by Andreas Morsch, is now available from
http://root.cern.ch/root/vmc/VirtualMC.html

Note that this version requires the last Fluka respin 2008.3.2.
