geant4_vmc version 2.11

Dear colleagues,

The new release Geant4 VMC 2.11 is available from the Root VMC web site:
http://root.cern.ch/drupal/content/vmc

This release includes only modifications for migration to the new Geant4 release 9.4.

This version is tested against the new VGM version 3.04: http://ivana.home.cern.ch/ivana/VGM.html the list of new developments and bug fixes in this version are available at: http://ivana.home.cern.ch/ivana/VGMhistory.txt
