GCALOR in G3_VMC

Hi, I have simple question about the usage of GCALOR in G3_VMC. After reading the instructions and before digging into the patches, is it possible to revert back to "normal" G3_VMC just by commenting out the TGeant3::SetHADR(5) line in the ROOT config macro or one has to keep two separate builds to alternate between the two? Does anybody have experience validating this combination of GCALOR_G3_VMC against real data (test beam etc) and/or other simulations? Thanks, filimon
