Add a new function to produce an animated gif file from a TGraphTime.
void TGraphTime::SaveAnimatedGif(const char *filename) const
   // Save this object to filename as an animated gif file
   // if filename is specified it must be of the form xxx.gif

Add new class TGraphTime to organize and draw a list of objects evolving with time.
An example of use is shown in new tutorial $ROOTSYS/tutorials/graphs/gtime.C
