  (have different default name for 1D or multi-dim)
- update doc

- add from Bartolomeu binning of kdtree returning array with volume edges. 
  They can be used to fill a variable bin histogram or  a TH2Poly 
  in the 2D case

Add new class DistSamplerOptions 
  add method DistSampler::Init passing the options

 add new class TFoamSampler implementing the DistSampler interface using TFoam

 fix correct number of function calls when using the Fumili-like methods
