Fix format in Warning and Error statements
From Axel: Replace all references to Text_t by char, still keeping the definition in Rtypes.h
move table to misc.
change all occurances where %x is used to format a pointer to %lx.
Set property svn:eol-style LF on all source and Makefiles. This should avoid problems with Win32 line endings ending up in the repository. All MS tools support LF eols fine.
remove a bunch of $Name$ tags that were missed due to a problem in the initial svn patch up script. Also add svn:keywords Id to all files not having the property yet.

From Valeri Fine: Fix all coding conventions violations that can easily be fixed. Remaining violations to be discussed with the rule checker.
