Multiple HistFactory Updates: Remove need for EstimateSummaries in HistToWorkspaceFactoryFast, Allow for multiple POI's in the output workspace, allow for <data> tag to be empty, allow one to add systematics to Samples by passing the class, and the HistFactoryNavigation helper class
