Button2 and 3 are currently trapped by TCanvas::HandleInput.
Clicking on button2 sets the current pad.
The button 3 is used bor the context menus.

Which graphing options would you like to see ?

If I remember you are working on NT where the new GUI is not available.
To give an answer, I would need more explanation on what you want to do.
