Hi Rene, I have asked this silly question because the TTF note at the top of the root download page is a bit misleading. It advertises the TTF fonts in a way one has to install them as a stand=alone extension of the root distribution. That's why I was curious having seen TTF dir in my binary distribution. If you have installed Root from source yourself, you must make sure that to have the library libttf.so (see AA_INSTALL). On NT, true type fonts are always there. You can activate/deactivate the ttf by setting the flag true/false in your .rootrc file. I hope that .rootrc is self documenting.
