Hi Etoh,

   we don't have anymore the latest AIX/xlC at CERN (since here we decided
to go to Linux exclusively). It would be nice if we could use your machine
to debug and build ROOT. I'll look into the TVector issues. The Apiif.cxx
problem is for Goto san.
