  That's strange. I wonder one should ask that setup author to adjust things
   rather calling some expert word-wide.

  I mean to help you one needs to buy the InstallShield license first and then
  install ROOT and pack it. Usually InstallShield wizard does ask all kind
  of the questions to provide the proper setup for all possible OS/platform 
  combinations.

If the ROOT team is in possession of the professional InstallShield license 
(see http://www.installshield.com/ ) and they may transfer it to me I am willing 
to help.
