EUR does not correspond to any kind of standard. If you have better name,
please let me know.

Year! Real good point. The original thought was to make cint a
stand alone binary so that a user can bring only one binary to
run it.  Although, cint goes with many related files, this concept
is stil valid for doing a simple job.
