[ROOT] known problems with TCut

Dear developers,

Lately I run many times into problems with combining TCut objects to pass
them to TTree->Draw(..). As I understood from the tootalk digest, this
might be due to a bug in the TBits class. I therefore checked out the
latest cvs source, compiled root and found out that the bug was fixed.
However, I have some other problems with the cvs version which prevent me
from switching to it completely. Therefore, I also downloaded the 3.00.06
source, replaced the TBits.cxx file and compiled the code. Unfortunately
this does not remove the TCut bug. Are there any other sources that I need
from the repository such that I can stick to 06, yet with a working TCut
class ?
