[ROOT] Increase storage area?

Dear rooters,

First of all, thanks for your always prompt and useful answers.
I have to store the pointers to 25000 names of histograms for my
root display package.
But i get the following error :

Fatal in <operator delete>: storage area overwritten
aborting

Have I the possibility to increase the storage area of my root session?
