Root can be installed from source on these two systems.
See http://root.cern.ch/root/Install.html

The current binary files for Windows/NT should run also on WindowsME.
I have no idea if somebody has already tried.

For RedHat, we are planning to support binary distributions for Redhat7.1 
with the coming release 3.01 in June.
