Hi, We are aware of several side-effects when using string or STL in an interactive ROOT session with CINT. During the recent ROOT workshop, we had the opportunity to discuss with Masa and I believe that this problem is now solved (if you install from CVS it should be OK). Concerning your second problem, please send me a running example. I cannot see what is wrong.
