[ROOT] Viewer

Dear Roottalk,

currently there seem to be two different 3d viewers: 
a GL based one, and a ``raw'' x3d. Is there a technical reason for
the lack of an OpenInventor based viewer? Other than the "nobody has
done it yet"?
