[ROOT] Suggestion

Hi roottalk,

this is simply a suggestion, but:
you should patch the Unix 'file' command to recognise root and hbook
files, should you not? Just an idea .... 
Now that I examine a root file, do they always start with 'root' as the
first four letters?
