Hi Alberto,

In your graph, you are setting
  -marker style to 20 (big dot)
  -marker size 0.35

Setting the marker size to 0.35 selects one pixel less in size that the 
apparent size in ps.

Why don't you use simply marker style 1 ?
You can also play with marker style 6 or 7
