Hi Ben,

I'm working at the INTEGRAL Data Science Centre and plan to develop a image
display with astronomical coordinates and some projections. This will be based
on the new ROOT image class TASImage, which is faster than TH2F.
I will provide this new class in the AstroROOT library.

But I have not started jet and this will not be available this year.
