This is a frequent problem on a certain type of Sun X11 servers. Two
things:

- try setting in $ROOTSYS/etc/system.rootrc:

  X11.FindBestVisual:      no

- mail me the output of "xdpyinfo". Many people on Sun's suffer from
  this problem so I need the info to fix it for Sun's.
