[ROOT] Stand Alone Root Tree.

I hope this is not a dumb question:)

I want to use a "stand alone" root tree in the CMS EMU Daq. So the
question: Is there some subset of root classes that will allow me to do
this or will I need a full istallation of root on each of my Nodes??
