[ROOT] how to get into anohter shell without exiting ROOT

Dear Root experts,
      Hi, I would like to ask the quesion as in the subject. I'm a new
user of ROOT. I'm using version 2.25/02 on a window machine (not
Linux),
which simulates the Linux system when I enter my BNL account through
SSH
Secure Shell Client. 
    It would be very nice if someone tells me what to enter after the
command prompt to get into another shell. I've been searching for this
through the user's guide for days, but still nothing seems related.
