[ROOT] Software patents in Europe

  Hello everybody,

   I know it may be annoying but I think that the new proposal can 
affect ROOT developers as well. I am not sure about patent purity in 
ROOT sources but I may be wrong.  Is anybody make such  analysis for the 
ROOT source code?
