Hi Thomas, I cannot reproduce this problem with either 3.05/07 or 3.10/01. Are you to run with 3.05/07? We made a fix in SetBranchStatus before releasing 3.05/07 ? On my machine, I get the following output with your test root [0] .x test.C OBJ: TNamed Name #0 OBJ: TNamed Name #5000 OBJ: TNamed Name #10000 OBJ: TNamed Name #15000 Real time 0:00:00, CP time 0.080 OBJ: TNamed Name #0 OBJ: TNamed Name #5000 OBJ: TNamed Name #10000 OBJ: TNamed Name #15000 Real time 0:00:00, CP time 0.080 OBJ: TNamed Name #0 OBJ: TNamed Name #5000 OBJ: TNamed Name #10000 OBJ: TNamed Name #15000 Real time 0:00:00, CP time 0.110 Rene Brun On Sat, 8 Nov 2003, Thomas Bretz wrote: > Dear all, > > I'm using root 3.05/05 (In our application I have also observed the same > behaviour with root 3.05/07) > > There seems to be a problem with TChain::SetBranchStatus.
