Hi Martina, Thanks for providing a simple example to investigate this problem. There was a problem in TTree::UnbinnedFit in case one of the input parameters had a negative value. This problem has now been fixed in the released version 3.10/02 available on the web site, including AFS files. We will make an announcement of this version tomorrow with the Release Notes. In your example, as a workaround if you cannot upgrade to the new version, you can give a positive value for your input parameters. Because the function to fit is very simple, TMinuit will be able to find its way.
