Dear *,
I am looking for replacement of smooth functionality present in
PAW. I figured out that fiting the plynomials of
degree, let's say 2 to the histogram in consecutive ranges may be OK.
Saving fit parameters as a definition of soothed function would work for
me.

Not surprisingly the pieces does not comprise continous curve.

Any idea how to deal with the problem. Is my aproach correct?

Is there methods to fit Csplines in ROOT.

Best regards,
	Tomasz
