This problem has been reported to Masa. My guess is that under Windows,
he does not close the file.

Forget about QtRoot. This version cannot support the ROOT GUI classes.
We are currently testing a new interface together with Valeri supporting
Qt directly from Root and with the full support for the ROOT GUI too.
This version will be part of the 4.00/08 release.
