Hi Rene and Valeri,

I just tried QtRoot. Is doesnt indeed support the ROOT GUI yet It does seem 
to have the same problems as the normal ROOT. SetBuildDir() has the same 
problems, same for the buggy printing. I have not reproduced the file being 
kept back (because I didnt have a bugging script anymore ;-) ) but 
according to Rene's saying this shouldn't be different either.
