[ROOT] Question on cuts

Hi, I`m a summer SULI student working on the Phoenix project
at BNL. I`m working on a magnetic field mapping, and my mentor
suggested I start by modeling the metal plate upon which we
are going to place the hall probes by using cuts in ROOT.
However, I`ve found the documentation on TCut and TCutG not to
really be all that enlightening -- if someone could give me a
small example of how to properly use a cut to construct an
object I would appreciate it.
