Hi Belen,

ROOT currently support unsigned int with 64 bits only when they are part
of an object. I.e use 'method Adding a TBranch to Hold an Object' from
the Users Guide chapter 12.

Cheers,
Philippe.

Subject: [ROOT] 64 bit integers in a TTree ?

Hello rooters,

I would like to know if is possible to have a variable in a TTree of the
type unsigned int with 64 bits. In the root manual I found the symbol
(i) for the 32 bit unsigned integer, but nothing for 64 bit unsigned
integers.

Thanks a lot,
  Belen.
