[ROOT] windows installation problem

Hello,
      I have tried to install root v3.10.02.win32gdk on my Windows 200
laptop, and despite following the online instructions to the letter, it
does not work. It fails when I put in the command:

./configure --help=debug

it says:

bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

Ideas greatly appreciated..
