There is no such flag, and I don't know of any hack that would allow this.

The inheritance tree is not sufficient - it doesn't show the classes' methods. The reason it's a PDF is the way it's produced (TCanvas::Print). The next version of THtml will show the base classes' methods in-place, and its inheritance tree might be generated as png via "dot" at some point.
