Hi Alberto,
 This is the probabilty of having certain value of chi2 for given number of degrees of freedom. Where degrees of freedom is the differnce between number of points you fit and number of independent parameters in your fit.

sorry for the silly question, but I didn't understand what is the meaning of the "probability" that I can print in the fit results when setting them via the gStyle->SetOptFit() method. What is that?
