Hi Alberto,
It's just te outcome of the function Prob(chi2,ndf) where chi2 and ndf indicate the chi-squared and the number of degrees of freedom of the fit result, respectively. The Prob() function is related to the confidence level as indicated in the PDG book in the statistics chapter.
