that's exactly where I took it from :) and that's the makePythia.macosx script I'm running in my previous e-mail and as you can see it compiles nicely. I can also run my code in root, but I can't compile it due to the linking errors I wrote about. But I would like to compile as I have a lot of datasets against which I'd like to run my code and running it from command line using arguments is a lot more convenient.
