regarding libgfortran.so and libgfortranbegin.a

I've just filed a bug report in the Debian BTS about the absence of the libgfortran.so symlink and the libgfortranbegin.a static lib from /usr/lib/. Interested parties can follow it at:

to see what the Debian gfortran maintainers eventually decide.
