LATEX symbols in ROOT

Hi Everyone,

I want my z-axis to be labeled as #tilde{C} and the command I am using is:

 Shifted1->GetZaxis()->SetTitle("#tilde{C}");

It looks fine when plotted but the output is not clear when saved as an eps figure. You can access the figure from here:

Is there any other way of plotting it or am I doing something wrong? Thanks very much.
