ROOT in opensuse buildservice, was: Re: $ROOTSYS issues for ubuntu package

I would like to see ROOT in the opensuse buildservice. The service supports packaging for multiple linux systems. http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/supported_build_targets

Is/was there any attempt to bring root into the opensuse buildservice?
