χ² test for bin range

Hi,

Is it possible to do a χ² comparison between two histograms but restrict the comparison to a bin range with any of the Chi2Test() methods implemented in ROOT? In my case I am trying to compare the core/central region and the tails separately.

Thanks for any thoughts.
