Hi Robert,

   the SGI version of rootd has not been compiled and linked with AFS,
since our SGI reference platform did not have AFS. We found now an SGI
with AFS and on Monday we'll make a new rootd with AFS.

For the Sun version I've fixed the <defunct> process problem.
We'll export the Sun version also on Monday.
